We guarantee that you can always return a product bought in our store without giving a reason within 14 days of its receipt.

You can complain about any product purchased in our store within 2 years of receiving the product. You can complain about both physical and legal defects of the product.
If you want to complain about a product bought in our store, email us your complaint to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint should include the order number, product name in which the defect occurred, description of the defect (attached photos will be helpful to consider the complaint), complaint request (price reduction, withdrawal from the contract, removal of the defect, replacement of the product free from defects) and contact details of the claimer (first name and surname, email address and telephone number). We will respond to a received complaint within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of a complete complaint.
